Yesterday and today are two more holidays that had graphics made by the Intro to Tech class. Yesterday was Doggy Date Night made by Zoey Aiello and today is World Cancer Day made by Gaby Tholen!

HS Basketball is at home tonight!
There is a new group of 6th graders in Miss Luken's Intro to Tech class and they want to share the graphics they've designed for the national holiday's in February. Today's graphic was made by Penelope Tush!

Forensics competed at their first tournament of the season today in Iola! Congratulations to Sophia Heim and Mason Ferguson for making into the final round and medaling! Mason placed 6th in Prose and Sophia was 5th in Domestic Extemp. As a team, they finished 10th! We had many other entries get close to making into finals and overall it was great day! Next up, Frontenac!
Congrats to the JV Boys for getting a win tonight! The Wildcats play their last regular season home games next week so come and support our teams!
HS Basketball takes on the Southeast Lancers tonight!
It was another fun afternoon of Special Olympic basketball with the Iola School district! Special thanks to our athletes, coaches, cheerleaders, Wildcats United members, staff, and administration for making this event possible!
Despite going into overtime and putting in a good fight, HS Varsity Boys couldn't get the win. HS Girls also fought hard! They make improvements each game!

The deadline is quickly approaching to turn in your child's senior dedication! This snowed in weekend is the perfect time to go through old photos!
Remember that for $28, you can have a spot for a favorite picture of your child and a message of 250 words! Show us your senior superheroes in their youth(like this cute picture of Miss Luken)! Orders are due February 6th and check can be made out to MVHS Yearbook. Email hluken@usd256.net with questions.
