JH travels to Central Heights tonight!

Marmaton Valley will be closed on Tuesday, December 2, to allow staff to attend the funeral of our colleague and friend, Joyce Storrer. We want to give families enough time to plan for the care of their children. Thank you
Marmaton Valley was well represented last night at the 18th Annual Thrive Allen County Banquet! First, a huge congratulations to senior Sophia Heim for being named Changemaker of the Year!! Junior Andie Carr was also nominated in the category. Teacher Halie Luken was also a nominee but in Excellence in Education.
Senior Emily Robertson and Junior Brendon Newman were selected as student speakers. Robertson was even the speaker to present Heim's award!
And of course, freshman Emma Louk went in support!

Quick Update! There will NOT be a "C" team boys basketball game tonight due to numbers. So the boys "B" team will start at 5:30. The girls game will also change to "A" first at 5:30 then "B" team will follow.

Starting tomorrow the Junior High and High School students will be engaged in a Seminar Battle Holiday Food Drive. The Seminar that collects the most donations will be awarded a pizza party after Thanksgiving.
