Last night, the National Honor Society inducted nine new members (two are missing from photo) to their prestigious organization. Our six seniors were also recognized and given their stoles they are to wear during graduation. Congratulations to all!

Before we head into Spring Break, we wanted to spotlight one of the best!

We wanted to make all of you aware of an incident that occurred late last night. During an online chat session, threats were made against an area school by students from another community. There was no threat made against our district or by or against anyone from our district. However, due to the close proximity, we will have additional officers on our school grounds today and will take additional safety precautions. Again, we are simply acting out of an abundance of caution. There has been no threat to our schools.

Although the game didn't turn out the way we wanted, we are so proud of our Wildcats! Win or lose, we're proud of you!

This campaign is an annual campaign to spread and promote inclusion in our school and community. Marmaton Valley Jr/ Sr High School athletes are encouraged to make "Pledges to Include" all day on Tuesday and Wednesday from students, staff, and community members at MVHS. You can stop by the HS office to make your pledge and sign the banner on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you are not able to stop by those days, no worries, you can make your pledge by following this link: https://www.spreadtheword.global/pledge (in the school/organization box please put Marmaton Valley Special Olympics)
