The JH and HS Cheer Squads are spending their day in Chanute today at the Spirit Spreader Clinic! Come out to the JH football game tomorrow and maybe you'll see something they learned!

In light of the HS Football Jamboree being moved up to 6pm, the Back to School BBQ will now start at 5:00pm! Also don't forget to wear your MV gear! With other schools coming for the jamboree, we want to make sure we support our home team crowd with the free meal! (Meals can be purchased for $5 if not a MV family).
MVHS Yearbook will also have books and calendars for sale!
In the case of inclement weather, any changes will be posted by noon on Friday! Can't wait to see everyone there!

As always, mum vouchers can be purchased from any member of the junior class. Vouchers are sold until September 6th and need to be redeemed between September 12th and 15th!

Yearbooks from the 2023-2024 school can be picked up and/or purchased for $40! You can also preorder a yearbook for the 2024-2025 school year for $30.
The scrapbooks are ones that still need to be picked up but can also put your name in for this year.
And the calendars are $15!
The calendars are back! Thank to Miss Luken, the yearbook staff has another calendar to sell that includes photos from last year (including the Photo of the Year and a couple of Miss Luken's favorites), sports, activities, etc.! They will be for sale at Open House next week from 5p-8p and are $15!

Coach Mickunas took a bunch of kids to the Chiefs training camp today for their hard work and attendance in summer workouts. They had a great day and a great summer in the weight room. Keep up the good work
