Call to Order A special meeting of the USD #256 Board of Education was called to order by President, Patti Boyd, in Room 118 in the High School on Tuesday evening, March 2, 2010, at 7:05 p.m.

Members Present Members present were Patti Boyd, Judi Knight, Brenda Swanson, Bob Rhodes, Steve Becker, Melvin Bland, and Amanda Allen. Also present were Nancy Meyer, Jeremy Boldra, Ken McWhirter, an attached audience list, and Sherry Henry

Public Forum Nancy Meyer gave a presentation on how the mill levy works.

Comments and questions on increasing revenue/cost savings were heard from the audience.

Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
