Notification of Non-Discrimination

Discrimination against any student or employee on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age or religion in the admission or access to, or treatment in the district’s programs and activities is prohibited. The failure to provide equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups is also prohibited. The Superintendent of Schools, 128 W. Oak, Moran, KS 66755, 620 237-4250, has been designated to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination laws and policies. Any student or employee who believes he or she has been discriminated against may file a complaint with the building or compliance coordinator. Any student or employee complaint of discrimination shall be resolved under the district’s discrimination complaint procedure.
